In addition, there is a one time $150 cleaning fee and 11.75% Sales and Occupancy tax associated with your stay. Cleaning fee includes one set of linens, towels and soaps.

Great Room Reservation Instructions
Here's how to book your wonderful vacation at Hog Heaven Cabin. First review our availability calendar to check availability of the dates you would like to come. Then e-mail us the requested dates and number of people that will be staying at Hog Heaven Cabin. To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit along with the signed rental agreement is required. Please mail your deposit check and signed rental agreement to (4800 Rounding Run Charlotte, NC 28277). You can also charge the deposit by credit card through PayPal. Find your swing There is a 2.5% additional fee for using Paypal. If the reservation is less than 14 days out the entire balance of the rental payment is due at the time of the reservation.

Check-in and Check Out Instructions
Once you arrive at the Resort check in with the Guard Gate to recieve your guest passes and directions to the house. You may check in anytime after 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am.
Instructions concerning getting the keys for the house will be contained your final payment confirmation email.

The house is located inside the gated resort community. Check in is located just inside the resort gate. They will give you the key and directions up to the house.
